Terms

VirtualMarketingPros.com offers marketing services and website design packages on an Hourly or Per Project agreement. An agreement and price quote will be provided and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any web design work.

Rates:

Some services are offered at a predetermined rate, however many service require a custom quote after a consultation. Prior to the start of any work, a contract will be provided that outlines the terms of the work and expectations of both parties.

Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due prior to beginning services, and the outstanding balance is due once project has been completed. All materials and final files will be sent to the client once final payment has been received.

Marketing and Graphic services require full payment received before service is provided.

Contracts

An agreement and price quote will be provided for the client for all web design projects with a detailed outline of the scope of the project, terms and conditions and all costs.

PayPal

For convenience, I accept PayPal payments for all services. Any person with an email address can use PayPal to make payments. PayPal allows you to send money securely using your bank account or credit card.

PayPal is a very safe and secure way to make payments online.

If you prefer not to use Paypal, you can make payments by Certified Check, Business check or Money Order. Work will begin once your payment has cleared.

Referrals

Any new client referrals you can give me are greatly appreciated and I will in turn give you a 10% commission on all referrals.
